RETURNS:
We don’t accept returns but feel free to contact us with any questions or problems.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking number. (USPS, DHL and Canada Post.) All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use Canada Post for Canadian orders, USPS for US orders, and DHL for international orders.
The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ and ‘Canada Post Express’ Shipping is 2-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are supplied by service providers and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays at the border; please plan your urgent orders accordingly.

Free tracked shipping over $150+ (before taxes).
Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $150

There is no duty for US and CAD orders under $800
If your order is urgent, please select the fastest shipping option
International Shipping
International shipments are responsible for any additional fees (such as taxes/duties/brokerage fees) upon arrival of the package. This is up to the destination country and can not be controlled by Mala Collective.
Mala Collective does not cover the duty of a shipment. Nor do we provide invoices for lesser dollar amounts.
Please review your tracking number supplied to you via email to locate the whereabouts of your order.
Q: I paid for faster shipping but my order arrived after the estimated time. Can I get my money back?
A: We do not refund shipping charges. These times are provided by service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. We believe your piece will arrive right when it's suppose to.
